Amanda focuses her practice on assisting both franchisors and franchisees in all aspects of franchising. She is experienced in contract drafting and negotiation, preparation and enforcement of franchise agreements, and commercial transactions.
She also counsels large and small businesses on a range of matters, including federal and state regulatory matters, employment law, mergers and acquisitions and disability law.
Prior to joining the firm, Amanda was an associate at Duane Morris LLP in its Philadelphia office and is a former Assistant General Counsel for the Social Security Administration’s Office of General Counsel.
